A writ of was issued on the petition of the natural mother of a child, who sought to regain its custody. The result of the proceedings was a judgment in favor of the mother, directing the defendants Walter Liss and Helen Liss to surrender the custody of the child to its mother, Ila D. Manninen. In pursuance of that judgment the custody of the child was surrendered to the mother and the child is now in her custody. The defendants, on August 16, 1952, sued out a writ of certiorari, which was later quashed, and it is from that judgment the defendants appeal.
