In January 1971 Lydia Corso commenced her action against appellees. Approximately three years and eight moths later, the action was dismissed on the motion of the Attorney General for want of prosecution under Civil Rule 41(b). At the end of another year, Ms. Corso filed a motion to set aside the order of dismissal under Civil Rule 60(b). After a hearing, the motion was denied on January 2, 1976. Ms. Corso filed a motion for reconsideration of the January 2 order on January 8, 1976, and that motion was denied on March 3, 1976. On March 19, 1976, this appeal was taken from the denial of the motion to reconsider.
